Mehdi spent a decade in strategy consulting, experiencing firsthand the frustrating gap between high-level problem solving and tedious slide execution. He founded MZX in Dubai in 2025 to take that manual burden — the slide hygiene, the lost weekends, the Sunday-night formatting panics — off the table, freeing consultants to actually focus on strategy.

Prior to MZX, Mehdi led strategy and corporate development engagements for ministries, sovereign wealth funds, and major operators across Europe and the MENA region. A graduate of École Polytechnique, he has been writing code since long before it was fashionable for strategy consultants to do so.

Ultimately, MZX is the company he wishes had existed when he was on the other side of the deck.
