to: All websites, subdomains, and web portals operated by Metrix Zenith X Artificial Intelligence (“MZX AI,” “we,” “us,” “our”), including mzx.ai and related upload/download portals (the “Sites”).

1) What this Notice covers

This Notice explains how we use cookies and similar technologies on the Sites. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our U.S. State Privacy Notice.

Processor vs. controller: This Notice covers cookies and similar tech on our Sites. It does not govern how we process Customer Content (e.g., RfPs, attachments, generated documents) for enterprise customers. See our Privacy Policy and DPA for that.

2) What are cookies and similar technologies?

Cookies are small files placed on your device/browser.
Local/session storage and similar tech store data in your browser.
Pixels/tags measure usage (e.g., page views, email opens).
Server logs record requests to keep our Sites secure and reliable.

3) How we use these technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for:

Essential operations (strictly necessary): running the Sites, security, load balancing, session management, and fraud prevention.
Preferences (functional): remembering choices such as language or UI settings.
Analytics (performance): understanding usage to maintain and improve the Sites (e.g., page performance, errors, aggregate trends).

We do not rely on cookies to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4) Advertising, analytics deemed “sharing,” & social plugins

We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies, social plug-in trackers, or otherwise “sell” or “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws. We use analytics solely for measurement and service improvement and configure them to avoid cross-context behavioral advertising.

5) Your choices

Browser controls. You can block or delete cookies via your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may impact core functionality.
Email images. If you don’t want email open tracking via pixels, set your email client to block external images.
Regional rights. If you’re in certain U.S. states, you may have additional choices (e.g., opt-out of “sharing” for targeted advertising). See our U.S. State Privacy Notice for details.
U.S. residents (opt-out of “sharing”). To opt out of “sharing” for targeted advertising as defined by certain state laws, use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. Your browser controls still apply, but this link records a legal opt-out.

6) EEA/UK users

Where required by law, we will only use non-essential cookies (e.g., preferences or analytics) after we obtain your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time using your browser controls (and any consent tools we make available on the Sites).

7) Retention

Cookie and local storage lifetimes vary by purpose and your browser settings. Many expire at the end of your session; others may persist for several months. Deleting cookies or using private browsing will typically clear stored data.

8) Updates to this Notice

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in technologies, laws, or our practices. We’ll revise the Effective Date when we do. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice where legally required.
